Cindy, the President of KGS, brings over 20 years in the construction and aviation industry, with an Executive MBA, and M.S. in Construction Management and with sought after industry certifications; LEED AP BD+C and Parksmart Advisor. She is completing a Ph.D. in Civil and Infrastructure engineering with in-depth research in Public-private Partnerships and Aviation Policy. She has assembled a well-qualified and highly experienced team.
With direct experience on $150+ million progressive design-build programs, and experience in general commercial, general engineering, and general residential contracting, KGS creates an atmosphere of collaboration and success with government agencies, Native American communities, developers, and the A/E/C industries.
Cindy is passionate about the success of communities, Tribal Nations, and the small business. With family and friends in Navajo, Hopi, Pima, Apache, and Yaqui Tribes - she understands the need to ensure Equity. She is committed to building resilience through jobs, manufacturing, and R&D. She works with university researchers, business owners and executive management defining strategies that will be implemented. The KGS goal is to work alongside government, Native American communities, private sector, and the small business community, facilitating a strategic partnership for resilience.

Ken brings an unparalleled wealth of expertise to the field of emergency management and administration, with over 30 years of dedicated service in the public sector. His extensive background includes leadership roles as Division Chief and Deputy Fire Chief, where he managed capital improvement projects, oversaw facilities, and coordinated fleet operations. Ken's deep understanding of the intricacies of emergency management make him a trusted expert in optimizing emergency response capabilities and enhancing community safety for resilience.

With over 25 years of experience as a healthcare executive and practicing clinician, Dr. Siddiqi is a seasoned professional dedicated to enhancing healthcare quality and patient safety. He is certified in Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine. His expertise spans integrated health practices, providing valuable insights for tailored clinical strategies across Nations and communities. Dr. Siddiqi leads the charge in clinical and business integration, with a primary focus on achieving healthcare equity and optimizing resource utilization.
Dr. Siddiqi recognizes the paramount importance of fostering resilient communities by devising innovative strategies geared towards achieving health equity. He is responsible for designing 21st century clinical strategies to include telehealth services, RN Triage, CT scan remote integration and advanced technologies to promote overall well-being and foster healthier lifestyles.
Frank brings over 30 years in the telecommunications industry, working with some of the largest Satellite Communications (SATCOM) companies in the world facilitating connectivity. He has in-depth experience working with satellite communications companies in both domestic and international startups, bringing products to market, working alongside U.S. Government Agencies, including Department of Defense.
Frank is a Air Force Veteran and supported both strategic and tactical mission requirements during his service. His focus is on ensuring SATCOM needs for KGS emergency management planning and medical integration.
With our hands-on experience working in the field of civil engineering, emergency management, clinical services, SATCOM, and green energy, we work with the George Mason University Systems Engineering and Operations Research Department and the Center for Air Transportation Research teams as we devise and strategize bridging Advanced Air Mobility and Energy Resilient technologies with KGS services.
As we assess robotics, UAVs, UAS, and eVTOLs, alongside with solar, wind, and hydroelectric power solutions, we are also evaluating the civil infrastructure, operations, maintenance and workforce needed for long-term resilience.
